Apple Cup - November

After a rough season, an amazing turkey dinner, and a super chilly game we were thrilled to be in the stands to celebrate the Apple Cup victory!

Abe also overcame his Butch phobia! Abe would hug, fist bump, high five, low five, dance with, chest bump, Butch but would not pose for a picture with him. There was a lot of talk about getting a picture with his buddy Butch but it didn't happen until that magical night in November.

Halfway back to Seattle we realized the addition of our newest family member would mean this was the last time we would have the "boys" in the back. We would get a lot of looks heading out of Seattle with Gus hanging his head out the back window and the car packed to the brim with cowboy hats and hunting gear.  But the boys have been troopers on these trips and while it always makes for a lively ride they have certainly been memorable - the bad times and the good times!

Piper - November

Our little family is so besotted with our newest addition: my god-daughter Piper. She is so perfectly beautiful and calm. We celebrated her baptism and I can't seem to get enough of her - really I could not put her down...isn't she so sweet?

Wedding In The Woods - November

In November, we celebrated a good friend's beautiful wedding. With the boys dressed up I had the chance to snap a few pics. This "Wedding in the Woods" was so sweet and perfect for the lovely couple - it also included a lot of dancing with one of my favorite dance partners.

Halloween Costume...or...Everyday Wear?

I am not sure if you can tell but Abe may be a little attached to his cowboy hat...so naturally he was a cowboy for Halloween. For the record though Abe would want you to know he is a cowboy everyday.

After a bit of confusion over what is an Easter basket and a trick-or-treat bag, Abe had a blast!

Roche Harbor

Last weekend, Jeff and I took a quick trip to Roche Harbor courtesy of Jeff's company. It was a dream and fun to pretend we live that lifestyle every weekend.

Fresh Farm Cider

We spent a day up at G & G Christianson's farm making apple cider. It was such a beautiful day and so fun. Abe had a blast with his cousins, the tractor riding, dropping apples on his parents and just romping around the farm.

Pullman

We spent a few days in Pullman over the last week. We got all dressed up to celebrate a big fancy award for G & G Christianson. We are so proud of them. Abe's highlights included some informational reading material from his favorite professor - he is still talking about how "everyone poops", the very exciting Whitman County Fair, swimming at the river and the Coug game!

Even with the hats, we still stood out a bit as "city folk."
